“Spend some time (days if need be) looking at every detail of some of Etsy’s top sellers,” Brooke recommends.  “Benchmark Benchmark, BENCHMARK.  When you’re falling short you need to be aware of what others are doing to get ahead. Notice how they describe their items, how they layout that description and how they incorporate personal items like jokes or stories. By doing this you’re creating a personal relationship with your potential buyer and bringing them into your world.“
